Main Signs and Symptoms:  Diarrhea for the past two months, with very loose stools once or twice a day and one of the episodes occurring in the early morning with urgency. Pain and weakness in the lower back and knees, severe fatigue, abdominal distention, nocturnal polyuria with copious amounts of clear or pale urine, recent weight loss of around 10kg.
