Main Signs and Symptoms: Patient first presented on 19/10/2016. Over the past six months she has developed the following: severe fatigue, weight gain (2kg), cold intolerance, severe drowsiness. Blood tests showed low thyroid function with elevated anti-TPO and anti-Tg antibodies (both above four times normal levels), indicating auto-immune thyroid disease. Main Signs and symptoms: Over the past 2 weeks: severe fatigue, profuse sweating, low energy, significant weight loss; elevated blood sugar, polydipsia, polyuria, and polyphagia.
